Never in a million years did I think I would be a nutritional weight loss coach! I have been living Diet Free for 15 years. When I first started my journey with Diet Free Life, I was 279lbs. I always thought I could do this on my own. I did so many different programs, and none of them were working. When I did lose weight, it would be 1/10th of a pound a week. It’s truly hard to stay motivated when it takes 10 weeks to lose 1 lb. When I started with the methodology it made sense. I was able to eat the foods I loved in the right combinations. I wasn’t deprived of any of my favorite foods. I quickly realized this is what I needed to change my life. I was able to lose 79lbs. And then, I maintained. For me, weight loss isn’t just about losing, but it is about maintaining as well. None of the other multiple programs I’ve ever done ever taught you how to maintain.

I first started coaching with Robert personally in 2022, I realized I needed the accountability. While I had lost 79 lbs and was able to maintain that loss, I decided it was time to start losing again. Our weekly calls have been a game changer for me. The truth is, I needed a coach. I needed the accountability. I have always been the person others went to for encouragement and accountability. While I knew the Diet Free Life methodology like the back of my hand, being coached by Robert, has changed my life. I do still hit plateaus. This is a part of losing weight. But I’m no longer losing 1/10th of a pound a week! My weight loss has been steady.
